• Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Gently slide the papad into the hot oil. Fry for 3–5 seconds until it puffs up. Remove and place on tissue to drain excess oil. Serve hot and crispy!

• Roasted Papad:

• Place the papad on a hot tawa or hold it over an open flame. Roast evenly on both sides until lightly golden. Optional: Brush with ghee or sprinkle some masala for extra flavor.

• Microwave Method:

• Place the papad on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 30–40 seconds (based on 800W). Time may vary slightly depending on your microwave.
